Our journey began in 1986 and now this is how we look like! I’m Joshua and I’d like to share my dad’s story of passion in carpentry. From doing traditional plywood method to supplying melamine chipboard across Penang Before opening a Company of his own, he learned his skills from a renowned master carpenter. His years there fueled his passion in creating furniture that is both modern, functional and nice. So In 2006, he took a leap of faith by establishing a small workshop under the name Bennie Furniture Design. Starting from humble beginnings, he received a lot of support from his loved ones, which helped him turn his dreams into reality. After almost 4 decades, we continuously improved our capabilities, upgrading from basic tools to advanced machinery like this Starting from a panel saw, we transitioned to using the third generation ABS edge banding machine. Today, our workshop is equipped with CNC machines and PUR glue ABS edge banding machines, ensuring stronger bonds, water resistance, and flawless finishes. As we evolved, we proudly introduce our new brand, Modular Design, specializing in modular kitchens and wardrobes. Here’s our showroom that allows customers to experience our designs firsthand, where they can feel the materials, test durability, and envision their dream spaces.
